What we are looking for
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to participate in our company’s advertising campaigns. Your main responsibilities include conducting market research, producing promotional materials and analyzing sales data based on your marketing campaigns. Our ideal candidate is able to interpret customers’ behavior and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for advertising strategies, we want to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s marketing efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.

Job Description
• Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating marketing calendars.
• Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
• Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
• Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Work with the graphic design team to help deliver content that meets client specifications
• Design and implement successful marketing campaigns
• Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities
• Craft clear product marketing copy
• Organize promotional activities for new products/services
• Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) forecasts

Desired Skills, Experience, and Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising
• 2+ years’ marketing, advertising or graphic design experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities Include

  • Successfully completing our comprehensive sales training which includes product knowledge, salesmanship, and our software systems
  • Drive profit through both inbound and outbound calls by utilizing persuasive customer service techniques
  • Consistently perform on a variety of dimensions including, exceeding sales goals and meeting quality assurance requirements
  • Increase customer profitability by utilizing cross-selling and upselling techniques
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by educating customers on the features and benefits of the product, responding to questions and overcoming objections, and accurately updating our contact management system

We are seeking an Account Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support. This person will be a key member of our team. The ideal candidate will be exceedingly well organized, have exceptional project management skills, able to work independently with little or no supervision and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting a team of diverse people and programs. The ability to interact with all levels of the organization in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Superior written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with internal & external parties, while exhibiting the highest degree of professionalism

  • Coordinate complex itineraries & travel including booking flights & hotels, coordinating details so that co-workers are always prepared
